Traditional adhesive bonding affects optical clarity, easy residual glue contamination, while ultrasonic welding easily scratches the eyepiece surface. DaokeDao laser welding is optimized for medical-grade transparent PC and PMMA materials, achieving non-contact seamless welding, no scratch, no residue, preserving lens surface smoothness and light transmittance (≥92%). The weld has high sealing performance (IP67 rating), blocking dust and moisture, ensuring long-term optical performance. The process is cleanroom-compatible, with ultra-high positioning accuracy (±0.003mm), avoiding eyepiece misalignment. The equipment supports miniaturized precision welding, suitable for small-batch customized production of microscope manufacturers, improving imaging quality and user comfort.
