Insulin pen needle housings protect the needle and ensure precise injection, requiring sterility, biocompatibility, and firm connection, avoiding needle contamination and accidental injuries. Traditional mechanical assembly has loose fit, leading to needle movement and contamination, while ultrasonic welding generates particles that may enter the body. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a low-heat, non-contact process, suitable for medical-grade PP and PC materials, forming a seamless, hermetic weld (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹ mbar·L/s), blocking bacteria and debris. The weld is smooth and internal burr-free, no damage to the needle, ensuring precise injection. The process is particle-free and residue-free, complying with pharmaceutical device standards, safe for clinical use. The equipment is cleanroom-compatible, cycle time 5-7 seconds per unit, production capacity 180 pieces per hour, pass rate ≥99.5%, helping drug delivery device manufacturers improve product safety for diabetic patients.
