Technical Principle

Synchronous powder feeding: 

A high-performance powder feeder accurately delivers specific alloy powders to the laser focal area.


Laser melting: 

The laser beam generated by high-power fiber lasers instantly melts the surface of the substrate to form a small molten pool, while melting the transported metal powder.


Metallurgical bonding: 

The melted powder forms a strong metallurgical bond with the substrate material, forming a dense, pore free, and crack free high-performance coating.


Precision stacking: 

Through precise path control by robots or machine tool systems, layer by layer stacking is carried out to ultimately form three-dimensional geometric shapes or uniform reinforced coatings.

It can accurately repair expensive parts (such as shafts, disks, and shells) that are worn, corroded, scratched, or even broken, with performance restored to 100% or even higher, at a cost of only 30% -50% of new parts

 It can melt various alloy powders such as stainless steel, nickel based, cobalt based, tungsten carbide, etc., to meet the needs of different working conditions.
