Respirator mask housings hold filter elements and ensure air tightness, requiring biocompatibility, air tightness, and comfortable fit, ensuring efficient respiratory protection. Traditional heat sealing has uneven welds, easy air leakage, reducing protection effect, while adhesive bonding has poor durability and may cause skin irritation. DaokeDao laser welding provides a particle-free, airtight connection scheme for medical-grade PP and soft PVC materials, forming a smooth, dense weld with air leakage rate ≤0.005m³/h, ensuring complete sealing. The weld has good flexibility, adapting to facial contours, comfortable to wear, and no burrs, avoiding skin irritation. The process is clean and residue-free, complying with medical respiratory device standards, suitable for clinical and household use. The equipment supports mass production, cycle time 6-8 seconds per unit, production capacity 160 pieces per hour, helping respirator manufacturers improve product performance and user safety.
