Laboratory microscope slide holders require precise welding to ensure slide alignment during observation. Traditional holders have poor accuracy and gaps, causing slide movement and blurred images. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes holder manufacturing. With ±0.01mm positioning accuracy, the equipment ensures precise slide alignment, maintaining observation clarity. Suitable for PP and PC materials, the welds are sterile (ISO 13485 compliant) and smooth, preventing slide scratches. The low-heat process avoids holder deformation. It supports standard slide sizes (75×25mm) with a welding speed of 4 holders per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency. The welds resist laboratory reagents and disinfectants.
