The screw of an injection molding machine, which long-term conveys molten plastic, is prone to issues such as barrel adhesion and screw groove wear, leading to uneven plasticization and reduced production capacity. Daokedaowang employs WC-Co+PTFE composite cladding technology to form a coating with a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm on the screw groove surface, achieving anti-adhesion with a surface roughness Ra of 0.1μm and enhancing wear resistance to HRC62-65. For different plastic characteristics such as PC and ABS, five sets of specialized process parameters are preset, improving screw conveying efficiency by 12% and reducing material residue by 80% after cladding. The equipment can accommodate screws of various specifications ranging from Φ30 to Φ150mm, utilizing segmented cladding + overall straightening technology to ensure screw straightness error ≤0.02mm/m. After application, screw lifespan is extended from 8 months to 24 months, suitable for injection molding scenarios such as household appliances and automotive plastic parts.
