EV battery thermal management system (BTMS) pipes require heat-resistant and airtight welding to maintain temperature stability. Traditional pipes leak coolant at joints, causing battery overheating. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures pipe reliability. Suitable for modified PP/PA materials, the welds withstand -40°C to 140°C, matching BTMS operating temperatures. The continuous weld seam achieves IP67 protection, preventing coolant leakage. The 3D welding path adapts to the complex BTMS layout. Compliant with IEC 62133 standards, it integrates into automated lines with a welding speed of 2m/min. It passed 5000-hour thermal cycle tests, ensuring long-term durability.
