Dental impression trays require rigid and sterile welding to maintain shape during impression taking. Traditional trays have weak welds and gaps, leading to inaccurate impressions. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes tray manufacturing. Using medical-grade PP/ABS, the welds enhance tray rigidity (flexural strength ≥30MPa) without deformation. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, avoiding oral contamination. Welds are smooth, preventing soft tissue irritation. The equipment supports customized tray sizes (adult/pediatric) with a welding speed of 3 trays per second. It uses precise energy control to avoid material brittleness.
