In deep well mining, oil plungers need to work in high temperature environments above 150 ℃, while also withstanding high pressure and corrosive media erosion. Traditional plungers are difficult to meet the requirements. Laser cladding high-temperature strengthening of deep well oil plunger has become a key technology for stable production.
The Daokedao laser cladding equipment is designed for high-temperature conditions in deep wells, using high-temperature resistant and wear-resistant alloy powder to form a high-temperature stable laser cladding coating on the surface of the plunger through laser cladding technology. The coating can still maintain a hardness of HRC60 or higher in a high temperature environment of 200 ℃, and its wear resistance is basically the same as that at room temperature, with excellent thermal stability. The coating bonding strength of this deep well plunger laser cladding equipment is over 350MPa, which is not easy to peel off. The service life of the plunger is extended to 2-3 years, which is 4-5 times that of traditional plungers.
The Daokedao laser cladding equipment is equipped with a high-temperature environment simulation detection module to ensure the stability and reliability of the coating in actual working conditions.
