Medical ultrasound coupling gel bottles require leak-proof welding to prevent gel contamination and leakage. Traditional screw caps have poor sealing, while adhesive sealing introduces chemical residues. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment secures bottle integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a helium leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁸ mbar·L/s, meeting ISO 13485 and FDA standards. Optimized for PP/HDPE materials, the welds resist coupling gel corrosion and maintain sterility. The low-heat process avoids gel degradation and bottle deformation. It supports bottle capacities (100-500ml) with a welding speed of 6 bottles per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
