Automotive EV battery cell spacer frames require rigid and heat-resistant welding to maintain cell spacing and thermal management. Traditional frames deform under heat, causing cell short circuits. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures frame stability. Suitable for modified PP and PA66 materials, the welds are stable at -40°C to 140°C, withstanding battery operation heat. The strong welds maintain frame rigidity (flexural strength ≥40MPa), ensuring uniform cell spacing (±0.1mm). The non-contact process avoids damage to battery cells. Compliant with IEC 62133 standards, it integrates into automated battery assembly lines with a welding speed of 1.5m/min.
