The sealing failure of the mold waterway plug due to corrosion and vibration resulted in a leakage rate of over 15%, leading to uneven temperature control and water accumulation in the workshop. Daokedao adopts brass+tin bronze composite cladding technology to form a 0.2-0.3mm thick coating on the sealing surface of the plug, with a corrosion resistance of up to 6000 hours of salt spray testing standard and a sealing surface roughness of Ra0.05 μ m. By precision turning and matching, the clearance between the plug and the waterway is ≤ 0.005mm, and the leakage rate is reduced to zero. The equipment is equipped with quick clamping fixtures, and the repair time for a single set of mold plugs does not exceed 2 hours.
