The diameter of the air channel in the micro foam injection mold is only 0.5-1mm, which can cause uneven foaming and a density deviation of over 5% after blockage or wear. Daokedao uses a 0.06mm ultra-fine spot laser head, combined with a high-pressure air blowing system, to accurately clean airway blockages and melt wear-resistant coatings. After repair, the airway diameter tolerance is ± 0.01mm, the inner wall roughness is Ra0.1 μ m, and the gas flow stability is improved by 90%. Five sets of process parameters are pre-set for different foaming materials (PP, PC) to ensure that the airway matches the foaming rate. After application in a certain packaging factory, the density deviation of micro foam products was reduced to ± 1.5%, the scrap rate decreased from 12% to 2.5%, and the lifespan of a single set of molds was extended from 100000 pieces to 250000 pieces.
