Medical disposable colonoscope cleaning brushes require sterile and durable welding to ensure cleaning efficacy. Traditional brushes have weak welds between the bristles and handle, causing bristle detachment and colon damage. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes brush manufacturing. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 standards, avoiding cross-contamination. Suitable for PP handles and nylon bristles, the welds have high pull-off strength (≥5N), preventing bristle detachment. The low-heat process maintains bristle flexibility and cleaning efficiency. It supports different brush sizes with a welding speed of 9 brushes per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
