The hot runner nozzle of injection molding is prone to wear, leakage, and inaccurate temperature control due to high-temperature plastic erosion and temperature fluctuations. Daokedao adopts high-temperature resistant alloy cladding material, and the coating on the inner wall of the nozzle is resistant to high temperatures of 300 ℃, with a hardness of HRC58 and a threefold increase in wear resistance, reducing the leakage rate to zero. By optimizing the cladding process, the size accuracy of the nozzle heating hole is controlled at ± 0.01mm, the temperature control error is ≤± 2 ℃, and the plastic plasticization uniformity is improved by 20%. The equipment is equipped with miniature workpiece fixtures, which can accurately fuse nozzles with a diameter of 10-30mm. After repair, the nozzle life has been extended from 8000 hours to 25000 hours.
