Hot forging dies work at temperatures above 800 ℃ for a long time, and the surface is prone to forming a 0.5-1mm thick oxide layer. Traditional repairs require mechanical polishing, which is inefficient and damages the mold substrate. Daokedao adopts a "laser cleaning+laser cladding" linkage process, which first removes the oxide layer through laser cleaning (cleaning efficiency of 0.5 ㎡/h), and then synchronously performs cladding repair without the need for secondary clamping. Using Co based high-temperature alloy powder, the hardness of the cladding layer still reaches HRC48 at 800 ℃, and the oxidation resistance is improved by three times. After being applied in a certain automobile forging factory, the repair time of a single set of hot forging dies was shortened from 16 hours to 8 hours, the removal rate of the oxide layer was 100%, and the mold life was extended from 5000 pieces to 18000 pieces.
