The pattern of the injection mold cavity is blurred due to wear, resulting in unclear patterns and reduced decorative effect of the product. Traditional repairs are prone to damaging the details of the pattern. Daokedao adopts fine spot laser cladding technology (spot diameter 0.08mm) to accurately fuse in the pattern wear area, restore the depth and details of the pattern, and achieve a pattern clarity of 98% of the new mold. Select alloy powder that matches the mold, with the cladding layer color consistent with the original mold and no obvious repair marks. The equipment is equipped with a high-power microscopic observation system to monitor the process of pattern repair in real time, and pre-set 10 sets of process parameters for different patterns such as leather and wood grain. The repair time for a single set of pattern molds shall not exceed 10 hours, and the qualified rate of the repaired product pattern shall increase from 82% to 99%. It is suitable for the production of decorative injection molded parts such as household appliance shells and automotive interiors.
