Entering the European market, equipment must meet strict CE certification standards. Daokedao's laser cladding equipment has successfully passed CE certification, fully complying with the EU's safety, health and environmental protection requirements. To obtain CE certification, Daokedao has made a series of improvements in equipment design and production: in terms of safety, the equipment is equipped with a laser safety interlock device, which will automatically shut down the laser source when the cladding head is accidentally touched, preventing laser radiation hazards; the electrical system meets the EU's low-voltage directive (LVD), with overload and short-circuit protection functions. In terms of environmental protection, the equipment's dust removal system meets the EU's environmental protection directive (EPD), which can collect more than 95% of the dust generated during the cladding process, avoiding air pollution. In addition, Daokedao provides a complete set of CE certification documents for each equipment exported to Europe, including test reports, user manuals and safety instructions. The certification not only proves the high quality and safety of Daokedao's laser cladding equipment but also removes trade barriers for the equipment to enter the European market. At present, Daokedao's laser cladding equipment has been sold to more than 12 European countries, including Germany, France and Spain, and has been highly recognized by local users.
