Disposable surgical forceps are used for tissue handling, requiring sterility, high strength, and smooth operation, ensuring safe surgical use, no tissue damage. Traditional mechanical assembly has loose fit, leading to forceps jamming, while ultrasonic welding generates particles that contaminate tissues. DaokeDao laser welding produces particle-free, firm welds for medical-grade PP and ABS forceps housings, forming a high-strength weld (shear strength ≥22MPa) that withstands surgical force without loosening. The process is clean and sterile, directly entering ethylene oxide sterilization after welding, complying with surgical device standards. The equipment supports high-speed automated production, cycle time 6-8 seconds per unit, production capacity 150 pieces per hour, helping surgical instrument manufacturers improve product safety and surgical efficiency.
