After the discharge plate of the stamping die wears out, incomplete discharge can cause deformation of the workpiece and jamming of the mold, affecting production efficiency. Daokedao adopts Ni Cr alloy cladding technology, and the working surface hardness of the discharge plate is HRC52-55, with a 2-fold increase in wear resistance. The surface flatness error is ≤ 0.01mm/m, and the discharge gap is controlled at 0.02-0.03mm. Through precision grinding technology, the surface roughness of the discharge plate is Ra0.1 μ m, and the smooth discharge rate of the workpiece reaches 100%. The equipment is equipped with specialized tools for unloading plates, which can be adapted to different sizes of unloading plates. The repair time for a single unloading plate does not exceed 5 hours. After repair, the failure rate of stamping die jamming decreased from 18% to 2%, the deformation rate of workpieces decreased from 7% to 1.2%, and the production efficiency increased by 25%.
