After the wear of the stamping die guide column guide sleeve, the guiding accuracy decreases, resulting in mold bite and workpiece size deviation. Daokedao adopts Ni-P alloy cladding technology, with a surface hardness of HRC55-58 on the guide column, a 2-fold increase in wear resistance, a roughness of Ra0.06 μ m on the mating surface, and a 30% reduction in guiding resistance. Through precision grinding technology, the clearance between the guide column and guide sleeve is controlled at 0.005-0.01mm, and the precision of the mold guide after repair reaches IT5 level. The equipment is equipped with specialized fixtures for guide column and guide sleeve, which can adapt to different specifications of Φ 10- Φ 80mm. The repair time for a single set of guide column and guide sleeve does not exceed 3 hours. After repair, the service life of the stamping die guidance system has been extended from 20000 times to 60000 times, the mold bite rate has decreased from 10% to 1%, and the workpiece size qualification rate has increased to 99.2%.
