The Daokedao high-speed laser cladding technology uses a scanning mirror system with a scanning speed of up to 200m/min, combined with special alloy powder, to prepare high-performance protective coatings on the surface of the transmission shaft. Compared with traditional laser cladding, this technology improves the cladding efficiency by 3-5 times, controls the coating dilution rate within 5%, and ensures that the properties of the cladding material do not degrade. The fusion layer exhibits complete metallurgical bonding with the substrate, with a bonding strength exceeding 450 MPa, far higher than the mechanical bonding strength of the electroplating layer. The process heat input is only one-third of that of traditional laser cladding, the workpiece deformation is controlled within 0.1mm/m, the coating surface roughness Ra is ≤ 6.3 μ m, and the machining allowance is reduced by 70%. This technology has been widely applied in various transmission shaft components such as hydraulic supports, piston rods, and printing drums, with a service life 3-5 times longer than traditional electroplating processes.
