The Daokedao laser cladding repair of turbine blades has established a complete process system. (1) The preprocessing process includes surface purification treatment of the blade and defect localization marking; (2) Detecting micro cracks, pores and other defects inside and on the surface of blades through industrial endoscopes and eddy current detectors; (3) Select appropriate laser processes for different defect characteristics: micro cracks are repaired using pulsed YAG laser, and large-area wear is repaired using continuous CO2 laser cladding; (4) Subsequent processing uses five axis linkage precision grinding equipment to perform surface finishing on the repaired blades, ensuring that the aerodynamic shape error is less than 0.1mm; (5) Quality inspection uses comprehensive testing methods such as fluorescence penetration, X-ray, and coordinate measurement to confirm the repair quality; (6) Finishing treatment includes processes such as surface supersonic flame spraying and thermal barrier coating. After complete process repair, the high-temperature endurance strength and thermal fatigue resistance of turbine blades can reach over 90% of the new part standard.
