Automotive door lock actuators control door locking and unlocking, requiring compact structure, good sealing, and anti-vibration performance, protecting internal motors and gears from dust and moisture intrusion. Traditional ultrasonic welding introduces vibration that misaligns internal components, leading to jamming and abnormal noise, while adhesive bonding has poor durability and slow curing. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a non-contact, zero-vibration process, suitable for PA and ABS actuator housings, forming a continuous and dense weld with shear strength ≥18MPa. The narrow heat-affected zone (≤0.3mm) avoids material deformation, ensuring the actuator’s dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.02mm) and smooth operation. The weld meets IP65 protection grade, effectively blocking dust and moisture, ensuring stable performance in harsh environments. The equipment supports flexible production, with quick parameter switching for different door lock models, cycle time 7-10 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of automotive door component suppliers, reducing product failure rates and improving user experience.
