Automotive LiDAR sensors (core of ADAS) use plastic casings, which require precise and weather-proof welding to ensure accurate distance measurement and long-term operation in outdoor environments. Traditional welding has poor dimensional control and weather resistance, leading to LiDAR misalignment and performance degradation under UV radiation or rain. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment solves these pain points. With ±0.008mm positioning accuracy, the equipment ensures precise alignment of the plastic casing and internal LiDAR components, maintaining measurement accuracy (±1cm). Suitable for PC and PC/ABS plastic materials with UV-resistant additives, the welds resist UV radiation and temperature changes (-30°C to 85°C), avoiding plastic aging and deformation. The hermetic weld seam achieves IP67 waterproof standards. Compliant with automotive ADAS and IATF 16949 standards, it supports 3D curved plastic casing welding with a welding cycle of 12 seconds per unit.
