The internal hole laser cladding technology utilizes a high-energy laser beam to form metallurgically bonded alloy coatings on the inner walls of components. Through specially designed internal hole cladding heads, this technology achieves internal wall treatment with a minimum aperture of ≥80mm and depth of ≤4000mm, addressing industry pain points of traditional arc welding such as high heat input, susceptibility to deformation, and insufficient hardness of the cladding layer. Compared to conventional processes, laser cladding features a small heat-affected zone and low dilution rate, making it particularly suitable for the repair and reinforcement of precision components like hydraulic cylinders and engine cylinders. It provides critical technical support for the remanufacturing of high-end equipment.
