The equipment bonds PP caps and hydrophobic filters tightly, ensuring sterile gas exchange (O₂/CO₂ permeability ≥88%). The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 standards, avoiding cell contamination. The welds are smooth, preventing cell adhesion. It supports flask sizes (125-1000ml) with a welding speed of 4 caps per second. The precise energy control avoids filter damage, maintaining gas permeability.
