The Daoke Dao Nei Kong laser cladding equipment utilizes a 6kW high-power laser, combined with coaxial powder feeding technology, to achieve a processing efficiency of 0.19–0.5 m²/h (based on a 1.2mm coating thickness). The device integrates a molten pool monitoring camera and LED lighting for real-time observation of the cladding status within the enclosed space. Its cladding head supports QCS interface fiber optics, withstanding power ≤6kW, and employs a water-cooling system to ensure long-term stable operation. This design not only enhances the precision of internal hole repairs but also increases powder utilization to over 92%, significantly reducing overall costs.
