Automotive EV OBC housings require heat-resistant and electromagnetic shielding welding to ensure charging safety. Traditional housings have poor shielding and heat dissipation, leading to component failure. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures OBC reliability. Suitable for PC/ABS and conductive plastics, the welds enhance electromagnetic shielding (≥40dB) and heat resistance (-40°C to 100°C). The hermetic weld seam achieves IP67 protection, blocking dust and moisture. The low-heat process avoids damage to internal electronic components. Compliant with automotive electronic standards (IEC 61851), the equipment integrates into automated OBC assembly lines, with a welding cycle of 15 seconds per unit.
