Medical disposable specimen collection swabs require sterile welding to secure the swab head and handle. Traditional swabs easily detach, causing sample loss and contamination. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures swab reliability. The adhesive-free welding process meets FDA and ISO 13485 standards, avoiding sample contamination. Suitable for PP handles and cotton/polyester swab heads, the welds have high pull-off strength (≥5N), preventing detachment. The low-heat process avoids swab head damage. It supports different swab types (nasal/oral), with a welding speed of 15 swabs per second. The fully automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
