Medical ophthalmic surgical instrument casings require precise and sterile welding to protect delicate components. Traditional casings have poor sealing and dimensional errors, affecting surgical precision. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes casing manufacturing. With ±0.005mm positioning accuracy, the equipment ensures precise assembly of casing components. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 standards, avoiding surgical contamination. Suitable for PC and PEEK materials, the welds resist high-temperature disinfection and chemical sterilants. It supports small ophthalmic instrument casings (size ≤50mm), with a welding speed of 4 casings per second. The cleanroom-compatible design operates in Class 1000 environments.
