The steam generator blade is the core component of the steam generator in nuclear power plant and thermal power plant, which is used to realize the generation and transmission of steam. Its operating state directly affects the generating efficiency and safety of the unit. Blades operate under high temperature and high pressure steam environment for a long time, and are subject to strong scouring and oxidation corrosion of high temperature and high pressure steam above 650 ℃, so faults such as surface oxide peeling, blade erosion and thermal fatigue crack are easy to occur. These failures lead to reduced heat transfer efficiency of the blade and reduced steam production, thus affecting power generation efficiency; In serious cases, it will cause blade fracture, steam generator failure and unit shutdown. The blades of steam generator are made of special materials (mostly high temperature resistant stainless steel and nickel-based alloy), which are difficult to be repaired and require high precision and reliability of the repair process. Based on the high-temperature steam corrosion condition of the steam generator blade, the Dow laser cladding equipment adopts the high-temperature oxidation alloy coating cladding scheme. The coating can withstand the high temperature above 650 ℃ for a long time, and has excellent oxidation and steam erosion resistance performance.
Low-temperature accurate cladding technology is adopted for the equipment to strictly control the heat affected zone within 0.2mm, so as to avoid thermal deformation and performance deterioration of blade matrix. Through the automatic cladding process, it is ensured that the cladding layer is dense and free of defects, metallurgical bonding with the blade matrix, and the bonding strength is ≥ 500MPa. The heat transfer efficiency of the steam generator blade of a nuclear power plant was reduced by 5% due to surface oxidation and tiny cracks caused by high-temperature steam corrosion. The surface oxidation of the blade has been completely solved, the crack has been completely repaired and the heat transfer efficiency has been restored to the design standard after being treated with Dow laser cladding equipment. The blades show no signs of corrosion and wear after 2 years of safe operation testing and are expected to extend their service life by more than 5 years. The repair cost is only 25% of the replacement cost of the new blade. A single steam generator can save more than 3 million yuan, and at the same time ensure the stable and safe operation of the nuclear power unit.
