Electric vehicle battery cell connectors are critical for transmitting power between individual battery cells, requiring high conductivity, corrosion resistance, and structural stability, operating under high current (up to 300A) and temperature fluctuations (-40°C to 120°C). Traditional soldering introduces excessive heat that damages cell terminals, while mechanical connections suffer from contact resistance and loosening due to vibration. DaokeDao plastic laser welding offers a precise, low-thermal-impact solution for connector housings made of flame-retardant PA66-GF and PC materials, fully complying with IATF 16949 and EV battery safety standards.
