Daokedao is a specialized laser cladding equipment developed for piston rod repair, which integrates a 6kW high-power laser and a coaxial powder feeding system. It can achieve high-quality cladding of inner holes with a diameter of over 80mm and outer circular surfaces of shafts. The equipment is equipped with a melt pool visual monitoring system to monitor the melting process in real-time; Adopting a multi axis linkage CNC system to ensure the uniformity of complex surface cladding.
