The processing temperature of biodegradable materials (PLA) is sensitive (160-180 ℃), and screw wear causes fluctuations in plasticizing temperature. PLA degradation produces bubbles, and the product qualification rate is only 85%. Daokedao adopts 316L stainless steel+PTFE composite cladding technology, with a surface roughness of Ra0.06 μ m on the screw, a friction coefficient of 0.08, a 90% reduction in PLA adhesion, and controlled plasticizing temperature fluctuations within ± 3 ℃. The coating meets FDA food contact standards, with no heavy metal precipitation, and is suitable for applications such as PLA tableware and packaging. For the special screw with a diameter of 50mm PLA, the cladding layer thickness is 0.1mm, the hardness is HRC50-52, and the service life has been extended from the original 5 months to 18 months. After application in a certain biodegradable material factory, the bubble defect rate of the products decreased from 15% to 0.5%, the pass rate increased to 99.3%, the plasticizing efficiency increased by 20%, and the injection molding cycle was shortened by 12%. The equipment is equipped with a temperature monitoring module, which can adjust the melting parameters in real time to avoid overheating of the screw. It is suitable for processing various biodegradable materials such as PBAT and PHA, and helps enterprises implement environmental policies.
