The spline of the output shaft of the hydraulic motor is prone to wear due to high-frequency torque transmission, and the tooth surface peels off, resulting in a decrease in power transmission efficiency. Traditional repairs require a complete replacement, with a cost exceeding 10000 yuan. Daokedao adopts ultra-fine spot (0.07mm) laser cladding technology to accurately repair the wear of the spline tooth surface. Ni Cr Mo alloy powder is selected, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC60-63, and the wear resistance is increased by three times. The tooth profile accuracy reaches level 7 standard. After repair, the clearance between the splines is controlled at 0.02-0.03mm, the power transmission efficiency is restored from 85% to 98%, the impact toughness is ≥ 18J/cm ², and it can withstand an overload test of 1.2 times the rated torque. For the Φ 60mm spline shaft, the repair cycle is only 6 hours, the cost is only 25% of the new shaft, and the service life reaches 90% of the new shaft. After being applied in a certain construction machinery factory, the failure rate of hydraulic motors decreased from 20% to 2%, saving maintenance costs of 80000 yuan per year for a single equipment. It is suitable for repairing output shafts of hydraulic systems such as excavators and loaders.
