Automotive airbag modules are safety-critical components, requiring high strength, reliable sealing, and precise ignition performance, protecting internal airbag and ignition components. Traditional welding methods may introduce thermal stress that affects ignition accuracy, while adhesive bonding has poor impact resistance. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a low-heat, non-contact process, suitable for PA66-GF and ABS airbag housings, forming a high-strength weld (tensile strength ≥30MPa) that withstands airbag deployment impact (up to 6000N). The narrow heat-affected zone (≤0.25mm) avoids damage to internal ignition components, ensuring precise ignition timing. The weld meets IP65 protection grade, blocking dust and moisture, ensuring long-term reliability. The equipment supports automated production, full parameter traceability, complying with ISO 26262 standards, cycle time 11-14 seconds per unit, helping automakers enhance passenger safety.
