To achieve high-quality repair of shaft components, a green remanufacturing system based on Dokdo laser cladding technology has been constructed. The system consists of a 6kW CO2 laser, a precision four axis linkage worktable, a coaxial powder feeding mechanism, a closed protective gas system, and an intelligent numerical control system. The influence of core parameters such as laser power, cladding speed, powder feeding rate, and cladding spacing on the height, width, and forming quality of the cladding layer was systematically studied using heavy equipment transmission shafts as typical parts and Ni60A alloy powder as the cladding material. The optimal process parameter combination for laser repair of shaft parts was obtained through orthogonal experimental optimization: laser power of 3.2kW, scanning speed of 10mm/s, powder feeding rate of 18g/min, and overlap rate of 35%. The shaft parts repaired with this parameter have a bonding strength of 420MPa between the cladding layer and the substrate, and the wear resistance is improved by 3-4 times, achieving the large-scale application of laser cladding green remanufacturing technology in production practice.
