The bearing wear of wind turbine main shaft is a common fault. Traditional repair methods require disassembling the main shaft from the engine compartment and transporting it to a repair shop for processing. The cost of disassembly and transportation alone can reach up to $50000 per time, and the repair cycle can take up to 10 days, causing huge downtime losses.
