After the wear of the mold positioning pin hole, the positioning accuracy decreases, resulting in mold misalignment and a product flash rate of over 15%. Daokedao adopts the process of "expanding hole melting shrinking hole", first enlarging the pin hole to remove the wear layer, then melting wear-resistant alloy, and finally precision machining to the original size. The roundness error of the pin hole is ≤ 0.003mm, and the clearance with the positioning pin is ≤ 0.008mm. Cr Ni alloy powder is selected, and the bonding strength of the melting layer reaches 600MPa, and the positioning accuracy is restored to IT5 level. After application in a certain die-casting factory, the mold clamping offset was reduced from 0.08mm to 0.01mm, the product flash rate decreased to 1.2%, the positioning pin hole life was extended from 20000 times to 60000 times, and the annual cost of mold repair was saved by 120000 yuan.
