Due to uneven wear of each cavity in multi cavity molds (with 8 or more cavities), the weight deviation of the product exceeds 5%, resulting in poor consistency. Daokedao adopts a multi station synchronous detection system to measure the wear of all cavities at once, and then synchronously repair them through multi head laser cladding heads to ensure that the dimensional deviation of each cavity is ≤ 0.005mm. A unified batch of alloy powder is selected to ensure consistent coating performance of each cavity, with a hardness deviation of ≤ HRC2. After application in a pharmaceutical packaging factory, the weight deviation of 8-cavity bottle cap mold products was reduced to ± 1%, and the consistency qualification rate increased from 85% to 99.5%, avoiding the problem of unqualified drug packaging caused by uneven weight.
