After the wear of the hot runner splitter plate, uneven material distribution resulted in a weight deviation of over 8% for multi cavity products. Daokedao adopts a five axis linkage melting system to accurately repair the complex flow channels of the splitter plate. The roughness of the inner wall of the flow channel is Ra0.05 μ m, and the material flow resistance is reduced by 25%. High temperature resistant alloy powder is selected, which can withstand high temperatures of 350 ℃, with a coating density of 99.8% and no risk of material residue. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated heating and insulation module for the splitter plate to avoid stress cracks during the repair process. After application in a precision injection molding factory, the weight deviation of multi cavity products was reduced to ± 2%, the service life of the splitter plate was extended from 15000 hours to 40000 hours, and the maintenance cost of the hot runner was reduced by 70%.
