The wind turbine spindle bearing seat bears the huge load transmitted by the wind turbine, which is prone to bearing wear. The cost of replacing the new bearing seat exceeds 200000 yuan. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Ni60B nickel based alloy powder to repair worn bearing positions. Restoration of bearing dimensions through laser cladding, with a cladding layer hardness of HRC50-55 and a bonding strength exceeding 350MPa. A case study of a wind farm shows that repairing a bearing seat costs only 50000 yuan and takes 2 days. After repair, the bearing seat runs stably for 3 years without any faults, and the equipment's ability to fuse large components is suitable for the large-scale requirements of wind power equipment.
