After the wear of the convex and concave dies of the stretching die, defects such as wrinkling, cracking, and surface scratches are prone to occur during the stretching of the sheet metal. Daokedao adopts Cr Ni Mo alloy cladding technology, with a working surface hardness of HRC52-55 for convex and concave molds, a 2-fold increase in wear resistance, a surface roughness of Ra0.08 μ m, and a 25% reduction in sheet forming resistance. By accurately repairing the gap between the convex and concave molds (controlled at 0.02-0.03mm), the wrinkling rate of the sheet during stretching was reduced from 12% to 2%, and the cracking rate was reduced from 8% to 1%. The equipment is equipped with a specialized positioning fixture for stretching molds, ensuring that the coaxiality error of the convex and concave molds is ≤ 0.01mm. The repair cycle for a single set of stretching molds is 8 hours. The lifespan of the repaired mold has been extended from 15000 pieces to 40000 pieces, suitable for stretch forming scenarios such as automotive coverings and stainless steel kitchenware.
