Low Heat Input Reduces Post-Welding Processing Steps

Traditional high-heat welding processes will cause manifold surface oxidation, structural deformation and internal stress, requiring multiple post-processing steps such as shaping, polishing, stress relief and cleaning, which increases production time and labor costs. DKD laser welding adopts precise concentrated energy heating, with extremely low overall heat input to the workpiece. The welding seam is smooth and flat without obvious oxidation color, and the workpiece has no deformation and residual stress after welding. Most manifolds processed by DKD equipment do not need post-welding shaping and heavy polishing, only simple surface cleaning is required to complete the finished product processing. This greatly simplifies the production process, shortens the product delivery cycle, and reduces the consumption of labor, grinding tools and cleaning materials. While improving production efficiency, it effectively reduces the overall production cost of a single manifold product, bringing obvious cost advantages to manufacturers in market competition.
