Under the impact of high-frequency, high-temperature molten metal, die-casting molds are prone to developing thermal fatigue cracks of 0.1-0.3mm. Traditional welding repairs often lead to mold deformation. Daokedaow employs Co-based high-temperature alloy cladding materials, which maintain a hardness of HRC45 even at 600°C. Combined with pulsed laser cladding technology, thermal input is reduced by 40%, effectively preventing crack propagation. Ultrasonic testing ensures complete crack coverage, extending the thermal fatigue lifespan of repaired molds to 80,000 pieces—twice the original. The equipment features an inert gas protection system to prevent oxidation of the cladding layer, with 10 pre-set process parameters for aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die-casting molds. The repair cycle for a Φ300mm die-casting mold takes only 12 hours, making it suitable for the production of automotive components, hardware parts, and other die-cast products.
