Long term cutting of metal sheets by stamping dies can lead to blade breakage and wear, resulting in excessive burrs and dimensional deviations in the workpiece. Daokedao adopts WC Co nanocomposite coating fusion technology, which increases the blade hardness to HRC65-68 and improves the wear resistance by three times compared to the original mold steel. Through a precision positioning system, the angle error of the repaired blade edge is ≤ 0.5 °, the sharpness is restored to the level of the new mold, and the workpiece burr rate is reduced from 15% to 2%. The equipment is equipped with specialized tools for cutting edges, which can adapt to different specifications of cutting edges ranging from Φ 5 to Φ 200mm. The segmented melting process is used to reduce stress concentration. The service life of the repaired stamping die has been extended from 30000 cutting times to 100000 cutting times, saving 80000 yuan in replacement costs per year for a single set of dies, and is suitable for stamping scenarios such as sheet metal and electronic components.
