Food machinery conveyor rollers need to meet hygiene requirements and withstand material friction. Traditional 304 stainless steel rollers are prone to surface scratches and corrosion, which affects food safety. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses 316L stainless steel powder to melt a 2-3mm thick anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer on the surface of ordinary carbon steel roller substrate. The surface roughness Ra of the cladding layer is ≤ 1.6 μ m, which meets food grade hygiene standards.
