Daokedao Laser Cladding: Corrosion Resistance for Mexican Chemical Plants

Mexican chemical plants handle corrosive materials (e.g., acids, alkalis) that damage tanks and pipes. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment provides strong corrosion protection.

Its nickel-chromium alloy coating has a corrosion resistance 10 times higher than carbon steel. A Mexico City chemical plant used it to line 10 storage tanks: after 2 years, no corrosion was found, and the tanks’ service life extended by 15 years.

The equipment’s large working area (3m×2m) fits large tanks, and its 防爆 design meets Mexican safety standards. For Mexican chemical plants, this equipment reduces replacement costs and safety risks.
