When the plastic granulator screw transports fillers containing glass fiber, calcium carbonate, etc., the wear rate of the screw edges is 3-5 times that of ordinary materials. Daokedao adopts diamond particle reinforced melting technology to melt a composite coating with a thickness of 1.5-2mm on the screw edge working surface, with a hardness of HRC70 and a wear resistance five times higher than traditional processes. By optimizing the cladding path, ensure that the coating is firmly bonded to the screw edge without any risk of detachment. For different filling ratios (10% -50%), 6 sets of process parameters are preset, and the lifespan of the strengthened screw of the Φ 80mm granulator is extended from 3 months to 18 months.
