When the plastic granulator screw transports fillers containing glass fiber, calcium carbonate, etc., the wear rate of the screw edges is 3-5 times that of ordinary materials. For different filling ratios (10% -50%), 6 sets of process parameters are preset, and the lifespan of the strengthened screw of the Φ 80mm granulator is extended from 3 months to 18 months.
